Shipping Information

Unless indicated otherwise, all items except for upholstered furniture are generally shipped within 1 business day after your order is processed and they normally take 4 - 6 business days to arrive. Orders are shipped by UPS or Priority Mail depending upon the weight and size of your order. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships.

Upholstered furniture pieces are delivered to your home in 12 weeks by our white glove delivery service. Since each upholstered furniture item is custom made to order, it is non-cancelable and non-returnable.

Product Return Information

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. Any item except for upholstered furniture may be returned in resalable condition within 90 days for a full refund. We regret that shipping and delivery fees are not refundable.

To return an item, complete the Product Return Form you received with your shipment and include that form with your items and ship via an insured carrier with tracking to:
