Your complete satisfaction is our goal. Items may be returned in resalable condition within 1 year for a full refund. We regret that shipping and delivery fees are not refundable. To return an item, call 800-800-4846 (Mon-Sat 9-5 ET) for an RMA #, complete the return section on the pack of your packing slip, then include the return form with your items and ship via an insured carrier to:

Damaged Shipments
If your order was damaged in shipping, please call customer service at 800-800-4846 for assistance and we'll take care of it right away!

Delivery Time
Please allow 7-10 days for delivery. If an item is out of stock, the time may be longer. Allow 8 weeks for delivery of upholstered furniture.

Upholstered Furniture Delivery
Upholstered furniture is shipped by our white glove delivery service and set up in your home. The delivery service will contact you by phone to arrange a drop off time. Delivery fees are 10% of the item price plus $95 per chair and $150 per item for sofas and settees. Allow 8 weeks for delivery. Delivery not available in Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada

5 Year Lighting Guarantee
Our Lighting fixtures are guaranteed for 5 years against manufacturing defects provided the fixture was not altered or rewired by the customer. Fixtures designed for indoor use that are used outdoors voids the warranty. Items repaired or replaced at Irvin's discretion.
